No one should pay for a claim that is not right. If you disagree with the claim you have received, or believe there has been a mistake – please get in touch and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Have you received a debt collection notice and are unsure what to do? Here you'll find answers to common questions about debt collection.

You can settle your claim in our Portal or with the payment information on the letter you have recieved. 

If you only have a foregn bank account you can settle the claim in our Portal by using bankcard. 

If you are experiencing problems logging into our Portal, you can use the ‘Glemt passord’ button at the login screen. Then, enter the username found in the top-right corner of the letter or SMS you received.

If you cannot find your username, you can contact us at firmapost@remind.no. Please remember to include your case number, full name, and address in the email so that we can easily locate your case and send you a new password
